Hey McComas clan,
Well this is my first attempt at blogging on here, so I hope it works! I wanted to pass along some very exciting news that I received not too long ago. But before I tell you, I must start with this...over the past couple years I have been receiving the Pelican Award for my grades at Ivy Tech. The Pelican Award is handed out to those who earn a GPA of 3.0 or higher, which I have been :) Now onto the bigger news - I got a letter in the mail from Ivy Tech informing me that because of my commitment to academic excellence I am now on the Dean's List as of Spring 2009!!! In order to be on the list one must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher - which I do!! This is such a big thing for me and I am so excited to see all my hard work pay off!! I wanted you all to know that I am officially wearing my smarty pants! HaHaHa :)
Also, I started my nanny job and it is going great! Its only been a few weeks but those boys are so much fun. Charlie is 3 yrs old (about to be 4) and Tucker is 3 months old, so they keep my busy but I love it!
Thank you all for helping me along the way and I would not be where I am today without the love and support of my family & the wonderful example you all have set for me!

p.s. I'm working on a schedule to finish my massage hours but don't worry my family gets first dibs!!
